Dome River Project
All-weather rowing for Bay City!
The "Dome River Project" is one of the most agressive and exciting high-tech engineering projects ever proposed by a high school class.

Over the next 25 years, the Class of 2002 will design and construct an all weather dome over the West Channel of the Saginaw River. Construction materials will consist exclusively of tooth picks and match sticks. The dome will be covered with donated kitchen plastic wrap. The entire project is anticipated to be complete before the project chairman graduates.

The Crew thanks the entire community for their support and encouragement, not to mention the donation of millions of used toothpicks and matchsticks. (Used plastic wrap is appreciated, but must be environmentally acceptable... please wash to remove any food scraps before delivering to the pickup site.)

Updates will be posted regularly in the BCC Crew Newsletter. Keep watching... and keep picking those teeth!
