Member Rowing

Club members can participate in weekly group rowing sessions beginning in April (weather permitting) and continuing every Monday night, Wednesday night and Saturday morning throughout the season. All members, experienced and new, are encouraged to participate in group rows when they are available.

Weekly rowing times:

Mondays at 6:00 p.m.
Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.

Singles Rowing

Members of the club who wish to use single sculls outside of group rowing sessions must demonstrate that they are capable of handling a single shell safely. The group rowing sessions are designed to get a new rower to this level of experience. The typical qualifier is a row around the island by yourself, demonstrating proper awareness and boat handling. After this has been completed, you will be eligible to have boathouse access and row a single outside of group rowing sessions.
